The Spark
It all started right here in Oregon, directly following my very first ballroom competition. While the thrill of the floor was exhilarating, it sparked a profound realization: the journey to find the perfect competition dress should be just as joyful as the dance itself.
Like so many dancers, we had experienced the traditional hurdles—the long flights to competitions, the uncertainty of online orders, and the compromise of wearing a borrowed dress that didn't quite capture my personality.
We knew at that moment that dancers deserve better. You deserve to step onto the floor feeling fully expressed, entirely comfortable, and absolutely radiant. That realization became my catalyst.
The Vision
As a lifelong painter, I have always understood the magic of how color, shape, and movement come together to create something beautiful.
I saw a unique opportunity to bring that same artistry from the canvas to the dance floor, to create gowns that blend high-performance functionality with breathtaking beauty.
But I knew the solution wasn’t only about designing better dresses.
It was about reimagining the entire experience.
